Parallel to founding and running several successful businesses she been a business educator, published author and sought after motivational speaker. A title jokingly bestowed on Marcia, "The Woman's Business Therapist," has stuck. Her book, The Woman's Business Therapist: Eliminate the MindBlocks and RoadBlocks to Success addresses the twelve most common obstacles business and professional women encounter including: The Orgasm Syndrome. Her next book 7 Spiritual Secrets…An Empowering Code of Conduct for Working Women, is scheduled for 2004.

Marcia has been widely quoted in the media, including The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Business Week, Cosmopolitan, Family Circle, and Glamour. She has produced several radio and television programs, including "A Woman's Success," a radio talk show that aired in the New York City area and Long Island. Alongside Betty Friedan, Marcia was recognized by the City of New York's Comptroller's Office in honor of Women's Empowerment Day for "helping thousands of women advance their careers and succeed in starting their own companies." Marcia has helped found and serve on the boards of countless women's organizations.

A Successful Businesswoman

Previously, owner and founder of a marketing agency/consulting firm the company served as advisors to an impressive roster of a wide range of national, regional and local clientele. Presently Marcia utilizes this experience and expertise to oversee a "Genius Think Tank" for businesses and non-profit organizations creating "out of the box thinking" for client needs and their desired outcomes.

Marcia is presently bi-coastal working out of both the New York area and Los Angeles.
